| Daiken Board acoustical Design
tile is a functional ceiling material with a wood fiber
insulation fiberboard substrate, equipped with
outstanding sound absorption and thermal insulation
properties. Numerous air pockets within the tile provide
excellent sound absorption and thermal insulation
characteristics. Daiken Board design tile is basically
used for residential applications, but can be used for
almost all types of ceilings. Adhesive and nails, or
staples are used for installation; the simpler C-Bar
system can also be used with some products. Drilled perforations over the tile surface achieve a high level of sound absorption. Each tile has a screen-coated finish over the background painted with fine particles. |
